Shannon Stevens
Shannon Stevens, B.A., B. Ed., F.A. Specialist, is a teacher who has been passionate about teaching at many levels over the past 35 years. Along with a full career as an elementary teacher in Simcoe County, she has also enjoyed the experiences of teaching in Scotland, delivering the AQ Visual Arts Course for Nipissing University, the Visual Arts course for Lakehead University Teachers College program, teaching seasonally at the Ontario Education Leadership Centre Intermediate Arts camp, as well as in-gallery and school programs for the Orillia Museum of Art and History. Shannon and her family recently moved to Collingwood and she is enjoying settling into retirement, exploring all that this beautiful area has to offer and sharing her love of the arts with children during the Saturday Magic art sessions at the library
